All it takes is three short steps:

1 – Upload

With Review Us Now, you have the ability to upload customers individually or in bulk. If you work with many customers in one day, all you have to do is upload a basic spreadsheet with the customer’s information.

2 – Edit

To make the process even faster, we provide an email template, which you’re welcome to use as is. Or if you prefer, you can edit and customize that template however you see fit: add your logo, insert a link, change the font, etc.

3 – Send

Once your template is all set, simply select which customers you want the email to go to, hit “send,” and the platform does the rest. You can choose to send out one, two, three, or more emails to your customers requesting their feedback—after you send out the first one manually, the rest will go out automatically based on the scheduling you choose.

We understand the importance of having reviews on your website for SEO value, but we also know it’s important to get reviews on external sites like Facebook, Google My Business, and Yelp as social proof of your company’s online authority.  That’s why we make it easy for your customers to leave feedback in both places! Once customers submit their review for your website, they are then prompted to click on icons that direct them to your company Facebook, Google My Business, and Yelp pages to easily paste the review there as well.
